What happens when you add a little something old with little something new? You get the Air Jordan 16. Patent leather from the XI’s, clear out sole from the V’s, VI’s, and the XI’s. The 16 is first Jordan shoe to have visible Air since the VI. The new goodies for 16 include it’s new full length blow molded low profile Air Max unit designed by and exclusive only to Jordan Brand. Then you add the unique and first of its kind gator and/or shroud, which ever you prefer to call it. The Gator was made to represent Michael’s transition from the court to the corporate world. The shoe can be worn with or with out the gator. Under the gator you will find a blend of mesh and suede to make for flexible and breathable upper. Inside the collar of the shoe the padding is cut to fit around you ankle. If you notice on the out side of the mid sole the Jordan Logo is spelled out in 16 dashes. The Jordan XVI gets back to what makes the Air Jordan line so great! It’s great to ball in and it’s a must for any Jordan and/or shoe collector.
