The Air Jordan V was first released in the ’89-’90 season. It was then re-released in January 2000. It was designed after a WWII fighter jet and it has regular encapsulated Air in the heal. It is the first Jordan to have the clear outsole. Notice the Jumpman logo in the sole of the forefoot and crown shaped reflective tongue, truly two unique qualities to a great and comfortable shoe. The Air Jordan V Retro would make for a great addition to any shoe collection or if you just to ball in them.
